The Quality Control (QC) Department is a critical unit responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, safety, and performance throughout the manufacturing process. Reflecting our strict quality control policy, all customer-bound shipments are required to go through ENK's warehouse for a thorough inspection. Each batch is only released for delivery after it has fully met our approval standards.

Root Cause Analysis: Applies tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Six Sigma to resolve issues.

InProcess Monitoring: Conducts checks during production to identify and correct deviations early.  

Final Product Testing: Validates finished goods for functionality, durability, and compliance.  

NonConformance Management: Documents defects, initiates corrective actions, and prevents recurrence.  

Audits & Compliance: Ensures alignment with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or FDA regulations.
